You may return any product ordered on aureliasalzano.com within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date to request a replacement or refund. Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the same condition in which they were received with all tags attached and in the original packaging (including, if possible, the original delivery box) accompanied by the respective purchase invoice or, in case of partial return, from a copy.
Pursuant to article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need for explanations and without incurring any penalty , within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.
Please contact us on info@aureliasalzano.com to confirm you wish to return an item. Returns must be processed within 14 days from the reception of your order using couriers with trackable services only. Cost of the shipping must be borne by the customer. Duties and importing taxes won’t be reimbursed.
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
In any case, the Customer will lose the right to cancel if AURELIA SALZANO discovers any of the following:
- that the returned product and/or its accessories and/or its packaging are not intact;
- that the product is devoid of its external packaging and original internal packaging;
- that the product is missing some of its integral parts
